Hey there, Heffy Doodlers!
Welcome to our blog hop!
We are so excited to share some inspiring projects with you today. This release is full of so many fantastic products, and it's impossible to choose a favorite!
One product I was especially excited about was the Blooming Marvelous stamp set. It's Heffy Doodle's first floral set, and it's so versatile and cute!
So let's get right to the card. It's a really easy one to mass produce, and it's all one-layer!
I arranged the floral images on to acrylic blocks, and then stamped them in a wreath pattern, going in an oval shape around the center of the card, being sure to leave room in the middle for a sentiment. The best tip for making a wreath card, is to make a basic oval or circle outline, and THEN fill in the wreath with more images.
I used several different dye inks from Catherine Pooler Designs, as they provide great coverage for solid stamps like these floral and leaf images.
After the wreath was finished, I stamped a sentiment from the Hello Everyone set. I then trimmed down the cardstock to 4 inches x. 5.25 inches and glued it on to a black cardstock panel.
Now, because you can't write on black cardstock, unless you use a white gel pen, I went ahead and used a cut and scored 4.25 x 5.5 inch card base, and glued the black floral panel on to my white card base to finish everything off!
Now let's get to the hop details!
One lucky winner will receive a £50 voucher to the Heffy Doodle store. Leave a comment on each hop to qualify. Winner will be announced on Friday, July 17th on the Heffy Doodle Blog.
Here is a list of all the stops on the blog hop. If you get lost, just go back to the beginning at the Heffy Doodle blog!
