Honey Bee Stamps Bee Mine Release Blog Hop

Thanks for beeeeeing here today, crafty friends! If you just came from Galina's blog, you're in the right place!

The design team at Honey Bee Studios has planned a super fun blog hop today and tomorrow to show you all the new goodies available for purchase! You can find the entire release here!

These fabulous products are all set to give you some wonderfully adorable Valentine's Day project options, but they're also a perfect addition to your year-round crafty stash!

So let's get down to the cards:

This shaker card was actually pretty easy to make, which is my kind of shaker card!

Cut a piece of patterned paper from the Spring Fling paper pack down to a 4.25 x 5.5 inch panel size. Using the smallest heart die from the Pierced XOXO Hearts Die set,  cut a heart-shaped window out of the patterned paper panel. Glue a piece of acetate over the window, and apply foam tape all over the panel, leaving the acetate-covered window visible.

Pour in some sequins inside the acetate window area and then lay down a cut and scored 4.25 x 5.5 inch card base on top of the patterned paper panel, sealing up the entire shaker panel.

Flip the card over, cut out some X's, O's, and a small heart out of black cardstock (using the same pierced heart xoxo heart die set), and then glue them down over the acetate window portion of the card.

To finish off the card, apply Tonic Nuvo Crystal Glaze over the black die cut letters and heart and let it dry.

Voila! You just made yourself a shaker card!!
